The top three things I’ve learned so far is how people think, how we communicate, and how relationships develop. In health psychology we talk about how having strong bonds with friends and family can lead healthy lives because we are such social creatures. Social media is our outlet for long distance communication in this day and age. I wanted to to show communication at its best. Everyone looking pleased with what is being discussed.

After reading the article confirms some stereotypes about relationships. Men and women have their quirks that make each other upset. When men stop showing affection or make it seem like they have lost interest in the female, that can make a women upset. Even men can be upset finding out that their lover has lost interest in them. Not communicating can also be a little upsetting. No communication can make each other feel as if something is being kept away from them. Either person in the relationship trying to belittle the other can be very frustrating. Making someone feel not valued can drive anyone from a relationship most of the time. It’s hard to say that one side of the relationship can be upset by one factor and not the other. Both of these pictures can represent how either a man or woman can upset each other.

Self-Regulation is the ability to choose how we react to a situation. And emotional intelligence consists the skills we have to keep our emotions under our control. with out either emotions would get the best of us every time something happens in our lives. EQ to me means knowing how to manipulate your feelings. When reacting to bad new and knowing how to act, when to act and where can determine how future events will effect you. You can improve EQ by always acknowledging that the way you are feeling is real. Communicate them to yourself and others when need be.
