Prior to taking this course I knew nothing about the Spanish language and very little about the Spanish culture and heritage. However, now that I have almost completed Spanish 101F I can confidently say I have learned more than I thought I would be able to.

I am confident in my ability to have an introductory conversation with my peers about how our days are going, plans, and personalities. I am able to tell time in spanish and proprerly conjugate sentences so that I am following the Spanish vernacular. I have been able to successfully learn about Spanish speaking countries and the traditions and vocabulary that varies between them.
