Throughout the semester I have been able to implement some of the things I have learned into my everyday life to try and better understand the Spanish language. Some of these actvities would include:

• Using Spanish to order food at a Mexican restaurant.
• I have several distant family members who are Spanish and I was able to have simple conversations with them.
• I watched a Spanish podcast that one of my favorite podcasters takes part in and attempted to understand the conversation at hand.
• I watched one of my favorite netflix series “Narcos” and turned off closed captions to use what I have learned in this course to understand what is being said.
• I used Duo Lingo to help myself better understand the Spanish language.
