  1. Why do ethics matter in entrepreneurship?
    • Ethics matter in entrepreneurship because they speak to your audience and target crowd. Of course, there are many people who support all kinds of products and ideas. It’s just that people are drawn even more toward things that have a just cause for concern and help. It also helps to accentuate the law by delineating acceptable behaviors. This way the entrepreneur(s) can increase their integrity among their peers, business, and consumers.
  2. How does my own personal budget related to an entrepreneurship budget?
    • Personal budgets relate to an entrepreneurial budget in that they both delineate the allocation of revenue to cover expenses. They may differ in timing, as a business’ expenses are related to its fiscal year, month, and so on. On the other hand, we may organize our budget by certain time periods, not conforming to a certain year or month. In any case, knowing how to spread out your budget personally will translate very well into helping your entrepreneurial venture.
  3. Why do we need budgets?
    • Having a budget helps in both personal and business aspects. Budgeting helps to anticipate future needs, cash flow, etc. It also helps to figure out how much you need to spend for your business or for you based on the revenue that is anticipated to be received. Once you know these things, you can then get concrete ideas on how to increase your revenue and monitor spending. This way you can monitor hypothetical problems before they blow up in your face.
  4. What is social entrepreneurship?
    • Social Entrepreneurship is when people become entrepreneurs in the hopes of developing and/or implementing solutions to social issues. This is also seen in cultural and environmental issues. Overall, these entrepreneurs are passionate about making a difference in society as they are innovative, persistent, and resilient in their beliefs. Their business can either be one to give employment opportunities, a charity fund, support the local community, or one of the many other models of social entrepreneurship.
  5. What are the most significant legal issues entrepreneurs face?
    • The most significant legal issues that entrepreneurs face include intellectual property. This includes making sure that they are not infringing on someone else’s intellectual property while preserving their own. They should also be familiar with legal forms in case a consumer decides to sue the company due to an ideology they do not agree with. In this instance, the business will be able to know the parameters of the customer and their complaints, thus relieving a tremendous amount of strength.
