My #1 Top Artifact was Module 11 because it showed me how I think of different colors in different situations or groupings. In the first part of the activity, the colors were grouped in categories and then when they were seperated, they had different meanings to me. When thinking of colors, I love the meanings behind them and learning how other cultures view them as well. Everyone has different emotions when thinking of a specific color. For example, blue can give a person “calm” vibes, while makes another person feel sad. This image below shows the meaning behind flower colors, while it can be like this in one culture it can be different for another.

My second Artifact is Module 9. This assignment showed me how similar occupation steryoptypes are between two different kinds of people of different cultures in the United States. With the only two differences being due to circumstances, it shows just how similar some people think.

My third artifact is Module 10. This assingment, made me think of how I preceive time differently for the person I am waiting for. The closer I am to the person, the longer I will wait. The factors in my desicions were about which circle of friendship they were in and the level of respect fo them I had, whether if they earned it or not.

I chose this picture becasue of it’s simplicity and reality of being on time.
My fourth artifact is Module 7. This assignment showed me about different kinds of emotions and how they can be connected by emotions and the different level it can be connected by. Factoring if a event was intdependent of the self from those relationships or interdependent of the self with relevent others, it made me think of different scenerios of myself and how they could be percieved.

My last artifact is Module 4. This assignment was to compare different things between the USA and other country. I chose Indonesia for this assingment, due to the fact they are very seperate cultures. The scores showed the similarities and the differences between things like: power distanance, masculinity, indulgence, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, and long-term orientation. While some were surprisingly similar, others were the complete opposite of what was expected.
This is the graph for this assignment showing the differences between scores.
