This assignment is designed to provide you with practical experience in developing a comprehensive business plan. The process will help you understand the key components of a business plan and how they work together to lay the foundation for a successful business. By the end of this assignment, you should be able to articulate your business idea clearly, understand your market, and develop strategies for operations, marketing, and financial management. 

Assignment Overview:

You will create a detailed business plan for a new startup. You can use one of your ideas from the assessment assignment but you are free to create a new one. Ideally, your business must be based on an original idea that will address a problem in the area of your current major but you are free to choose any idea you have an interest in developing.. The business plan should be realistic and feasible, reflecting thorough market research, and strategic thinking. There are multiple ways to organize a business plan but I have provided a template that will provide some guidance for you. Please feel free to explore other business plan templates that fit your ideas for the assignment. I encourage you to do some research on the different ways to organize a business plan and feel free to use your creativity in the plan. 

Evaluation Criteria:

• Explanation of Idea and Challenges: The business idea is clearly defined, and how creatively are the business challenges addressed?
• Research and Analysis: Depth and breadth of market research and competitive analysis.
• Feasibility and Coherence: Realism of the business plan, logical flow, and coherence among different sections of the plan.
• Presentation: Clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness of the document.
• Creativity: Be creative and make the plan your own.
