This course includes an analysis of similarities and differences in academic disciplines and the application of interdisciplinary approaches to a specific topic of study. This is a writing-intensive course.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Course Description:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This three-credit-hour course provides an introduction to the foundational history, concepts, theories, strategies, and applications of interdisciplinary studies. This six-week online, asynchronous, and writing-intensive course utilizes the 10-STEP interdisciplinary research process (IRP) model of Repko and Szostak (2021).
