I genuinely think it is very interesting and cool about how he got to his career. He only worked in accounting, a very ‘non-technological’ job. Then through a job opening and new career field in his company, he was able to switch what he was doing and get to do a much more exciting job that allowed him to learn techniques that could be used to help him even after he retired. One of the most important lessons that was taught in this video is that almost anyone can go into this type of field, they just have to have the dedication. It doesn’t matter if they are brand new to the field or have been doing computer tasks forever. It shows people that this occupation has much more open-armed than people first believe. Digital Forensics requires use of all of the social science principles, in order to obtain all of the and information possible, both obvious and hidden.
