At this time, I do not have access to images of previous awards but I can say with confidence that language has always had an impact on me. When I was younger, I participated in Forensics club, which focuses on presentation of stories, poems, or information. In this club, I received many awards for my presentations, including collaborative presentations with my peers. This experience allowed me to understand the importance of language, which led me to pursuing a degree in English, as well as furthering my study in Spanish.
