I’m a first-year cybersecurity major currently enrolled at Old Dominion University and working towards obtaining my bachelor’s and, hopefully, my master’s degrees. I have resided in Chesapeake, Virginia, since birth, but I look forward to moving once I obtain my degree or a job opportunity. I have worked in the customer service industry for over a decade since graduating from high school. I originally majored in Database programming, but after realizing I wasn’t passionate about that line of work, I put my schooling on hold and continued in customer service until I decided to return to school recently in order to switch career paths and focus on what I originally wanted to pursue which is cybersecurity.\u00a0 I am passionate about exploring the world of digital security, ethical hacking, and protecting systems from cyber threats. When I’m not working or completing my online schooling I can usually be found crafting, reading, or exploring the latest technology available. My career goal is to eventually pursue job opportunities with the government or freelance work. I am excited to connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals in the field!<\/p>\n
