Like taking a long hard look in a magnifying mirror lit by the sun. My ego-self perception reconciling who I am, who I&#8217;ve been, who I wanted to be at this age, and who and what I might still be, all at once. This is not a 20-something&#8217;s sentiment, this is a &#8220;sliding into middle-age with some significant life markers having not come to fruition, sentiment. My life has been good, very good in fact; I don&#8217;t mean to sound morose about it. It&#8217;s just been hectic, and unstable, if I&#8217;m going to be completely honest here. So, yeah. Spanning just over 10 years from 2006 to 2017, I could say so much about each photo and what it encapsulates for me. It&#8217;s so interesting to see the visual differences in appearance while knowing what each time period held for me personally.
