This course provided me with a introduction to the discipline and methods of sociology. Major topics learned include – socialization, social inequality, family, education, gender roles, ethnic and minority relations. This course was a cybersecurity departmental requirement, and has importance to the study of cybersecurity due to its roots in human behavior and thinking.
