ODU: Esports the wrap up

ODU esports brought in a very open and optimistic team to help build something more of this brand that they needed to get out. Our teams first implemented many good ideas including interviews to get the word of the team out to the public, collateral review, flyers, surveys from other students, and their social media page which needed a fix to grow as a whole. Our first round of ideas saw the team grow with their most important things like their social media page which started to thrive. Others started to grow power within some of their thoughts with the team getting good responses from its athletes. The flyers and surveys were organized well with a lot of people learning more with the awareness we used to get ODU Esports name out.  Collateral view was also a very important thing with this being the foundation of who they are by inspecting their website which shows who they are, their room layout which shows the space they are in and etc. After completing these tasks, we were then given our final tasks to make extra touches for ODU Esports and complete their process of awareness as a whole. There were a couple different groups split where social media was given ideas on what else to post to continue with their tending views, the posters which were set nicely to draw in views, the video plan which gave a good option for them to go ahead and post , and finally the event planning which I did and I believe that my group and I were able to come up with an accessible plan to have this event be budgeted and planned precisely so this can be put into action at any time. We gave ODU Esports the plan of a tournament where it would bring gamers in that usually play video games together in the open areas and with this tournament is it truly affordable with prizes being chosen by the coaches. I really do believe that the things we did helped this team drastically due to how long this team has been formed they were lacking true essentials that could make this program into an efficient team. This assignment not only helped me become a bit more comfortable with public speaking bought it gave me experience to manage a program which was time consuming but very useful for people who are going into communications.
