Considering that most of us believe we are aware of our behavior consistently, The Self Across Situations activity was very insightful. On average I tend to analyze and replay back scenarios I played part of but I rarely log or journal regarding them. This activity prompted me to be present and critically note whether my personality traits matched situations at hand. It also revealed the variations in my behavior from situation to situation. Logging provided a way for me to monitor the changes in my behavior in relation to a situation.
