NICE Workforce Framework Areas

Based on what I’ve seen of the NICE Framework, I think that the areas of operating and maintaining, protecting and defending, and finally, securely provisioning are the ones that most pique my attention. Because I am able to get my hands filthy and be “in the trenches” while working in those regions, as my dad often refers to such environments, on the other hand, analyzing, supervising, and governing do not strike me as particularly intriguing fields of study. The following are some of the reasons why I am unable to accomplish the assignment successfully: analyzing does not appear to be interesting; I do not feel inspired to oversee and control; or it is possible that my level of confidence is not sufficient in that area to perform the task successfully.
