  • Plan and oversee children’s activities, implement and enforce camp safety rules and regulations, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for all campers. 
  • Work one-on-one with children to develop a climate and culture of openness, fairness, encouragement, and mutual respect.
  • Supervise groups of children and provide opportunities for them to work collaboratively as a team, to experience pride in their accomplishments, and to demonstrate encouragement and compassion for their peers.
  • Effectively listen to children, parents, colleagues, and community members for diverse perspectives to enhance the campers’ experiences and promote the optimal well-being of each child.
