Security issues can play a big factor into trusting someone to keep personal information about yourself. For example, if there is a security breach in the system, all of your information was just now stolen and could possibly be used for harmful things. Doctors office and Banks are a primary target for hackers to want to steal information from, because of all the information they have on you, social security number, bank accounts, etc.… Confidentiality is also another huge one. You have to trust the place you are giving your information to, that they will keep it private and for their records only. I know that both of you sign an agreement in the beginning to keep your information disclosed. The reasoning for people switching banks a lot of the times is either the bank had a security breach, and the customers info was stolen or simply the customer just doesn’t trust them anymore to keep their money and whatever valuable things that are held there. Another issue can be lack of technology. Everyday technology is getting better and with evolving technology that means there are more ways for criminals/hackers to steal information from major companies.  Data can be inaccurate sometimes. Just like earlier, I would have all these customers in a system and encrypt it with a key only I and a select few would have access too. I would also make sure my information is up to date and do backups on a regular basis. The U.S holds a lot of the worlds most classified information and technology that is more advanced then ever. Third world countries love to know what we have so they constantly try and breach our systems, with the amount of security we have, you would have to pull something crazy to get ahold of our information. They look at us as superior to other countries, they want what they can’t have.
