Computers have many different tasks and what not. One of their main tasks is safety and protection. Computers have been around for ages, therefore evolving over time with the new discoveries within technology. Computers have made the humankind safer by being able to store important information and documentations that people cannot protect themselves. Computers contain passwords, which is easier to store confidential info. Another thing is lost and found. If you lost or someone stole your computer, you will be able to track it and relocate your personal device. Lastly, technology is so advanced now that you can even unlock your house from a fingerprint or a face id. None of these things are possible without a computer. Engineers main purpose is to fix things and create better solutions. An engineer might have encountered an issue with a network, like the network was breached or something, and he might be figuring what happened and how he can make it safer but still be protective in the same way. A lot of the times it will be a hardware or software malfunction that has occurred, which requires an engineer to examine the issue and figure out if something needs to be changed out or if the software needs an update or some tweaking to do. Another good thing engineers can do are actually be in the cyber field themselves.. their skills are at a high cost and people need them. Without an engineer the cyber world would be completely in ruins and there would be no new forms of protection. More people have leaned towards being an engineer than a cyber person because they can use their skills in many different platforms rather than just using it for cyber. Not only are their skills advanced, but the money opportunity is unreal if you know engineering and are able to implicate that with cyber.
