Journal Entry Ten

            This article begins by mentioning how social cybersecurity can affect future warfare. This entails a possibility of hybrid warfare. There are different forms of maneuvering through cybersecurity. Those two are knowledge network manipulation and social network manipulation. The difference between the two is changing the topic versus changing who’s part of the discussion. A way these are implemented is by making bots. Bots are fake social media accounts programmed to do certain tasks online. Bots have a wide range of uses going from promoting to harassing another account.

            I never thought about cybersecurity in this way. I find it interesting that there are many different ways cybersecurity can be implemented in everyday life.
