Artifact 5

For this Module, we had to pick five traits that described ourselves. I enjoyed doing this because I am often too negative when thinking about myself. This helped me see the positive traits of myself. This represents the overall semester because a lot of the assignments that we had to do involved reflecting upon ourselves.

Artifact 4

Like the above photo, this module required us to think about ourselves. We had to create a word cloud of groups that we fit into. I really enjoyed this assignment because I got to be creative a design a little word cloud of words with different fonts. I also think that this photo represents the semester because we had to do many reflective assignments.

Artifact 3

I liked this photo because it says a lot about how people think. This specific module was about cognitive dissonance. The statement in the photo really gives insight to how people justify the wrong acts they do because their mind essentially tricks them. I think this photo represents the semester because it is eye opening. A lot of the assignments we did were eye opening to me and gave me a new perspective on the human mind.

Artifact 2

For this module, we had to survey our friends and family. One survey asked if opposites attract and the other survey asked if similarity leads to attraction. Everyone agreed with the survey questions that they got. I liked this module a lot because it shows that people can have two opposite viewpoints at the same time. This semester I learned that this happens quite frequently in human’s minds.

Artifact 1

This was my favorite module to do because it ended up being the one I related with most in my life. This module was about going against the social norm and writing about it. I chose to breastfeed in public which is sadly not normalized yet. Although it was uncomfortable, I had fun experimenting. I think this experience represents the semester because I got hands on experience of social psychology which is what some other assignments required as well.
