Outside of my coursework, I’m a full-time husband and Marine. I’m a non-commissioned officer, so I’m in charge of my shop and my Marines. I dedicate every day to making sure my people are taken care of and have everything they need to succeed. I have also gotten involved in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, known as MCMAP. I’m a black belt instructor, and I often run courses that allow me to teach, lead, and help others with hand-to-hand combat. These experiences will make me a better leader and help me improve my overall work skills. I often volunteer at local events in my area when opportunities arise. Overall, I try to stay as active as possible to grow as a person and a leader.<\/p>\n
