The major that I’m pursing is Medical Laboratory Science and I don’t have much experience in this field. Quite a back story on how I got into what I wanted to major in. In junior year of high school, I took Anatomy with my amazing teacher, who also attended Old Dominion University, Ms.Lamay. She was truly amazing making everything exciting and enjoyable while learning about the human body. I remember during the first week she passed around cow eyeballs. I thought it was pretty hilarious. They were surprisingly huge! But the most important part about how this class influenced me to get into my major was the show she would play in the background. The American TV Show know as, Bones, with one of the main characters Bones or Dr.Temperance played by Emily Deschanel.
