Bullying and trolling is one of the most serious offenses to me because with how bad it can get a lot of people could be bullying someone over a simple rumor and it can cause someone to end their own life. Even if someone knows said person in real life, they could even ruin the user’s life in the real world through online and can even cause much more trouble. Faking your identity is especially serious because if you fake as someone else, it could ruin their life, cause lots of rumors, and even potentially get the person you’re faking to be as put in jail. Using someone else’s internet without their permission could leave the person at risk because they don’t know your intentions, which could be malicious in a way that could end up as war driving and cause issues. Gathering info about people younger than 13 can be extremely serious because with the information you’re gathering, you can cause potentially harmful outcomes for who you’re collecting information about as well as the information that you’re holding can be used against you and put you in jail for a very long time because you’re an older person holding information on minors. Sharing passwords, addresses, or photos of others is serious because when you do that, you’re putting information online that someone could steal to use for malicious purposes like identity theft or they could use the passwords into accounts to get access to the person’s personal information and hold it accountable for money, they could use their photos to make scam accounts for social engineering, and they could use the addresses to do problematic things to their house such as false police claims towards the address, sending the address problematic things, or setting up illegal activities at the address and causing issues.
