About Me

My name is Christian Coleman, and I am a dedicated cybersecurity major at Old Dominion University with a passion for safeguarding the digital landscape. Currently serving as a Security Analyst at ODU’s Information Security team, I lead student SOC operations and manage security investigations, firewall administration, and vulnerability assessments while completing my Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity.

I hold professional certifications, including Security+ and CEH, along with a DoD Secret clearance. My hands-on experience spans from internships at Deloitte Government & Public Services and Mission Technologies to conducting undergraduate research through the COVA CCI program on behavioral detection methods for automated vulnerability assessment.

My academic journey has immersed me in diverse coursework spanning digital forensics, network security, and interdisciplinary research, preparing me to address the complex challenges of modern cybersecurity. I am committed to applying both technical expertise and analytical thinking to become a proactive defender of the digital landscape.
