Lenape Linguists-Lenape Language Revitalization Design-Co-Creation with Client as Collaborator

  • Student Teams created an interactive learning laboratory for those who want to journey with a community of learners.
  • Learners delve into a rich, safe, bold space which allows the learner to become a steward of the Lenape language and historical legacy. 
  • The learning experience invites learners to engage in extended conversation, to explore the history, stories and songs and through simulation and other media, practice the language with subject matter experts who serve as learning navigators.

Needs Analysis and Needs Assessment: Northern Virginia Non-Profits Addressing Food Insecurity and Improving Access to Nutritional Food

  • Needs Assessment Process-United Nations Sustainability Goal 2: Achieving Food Security and Nutrition Through Education, and Racial Equity Inclusion and Accessibility.
  • Needs Assessment Process, (NAP) used qualitative data methods comprised of focus group interviews, key informant interviews, onsite program observations and document and artifact reviews.
  • Research team investigated how local organizations are working to address food insecurity and improve nutrition through equity and education and identify gaps in program achievement and impact to enable the researchers to identify and provide recommendations and solutions to address the gaps in service provision.
