If a famous person went to see a doctor or a therapist about a health condition they didn’t want getting out, they would want to make sure that their information doesn’t get out. It would not be smart to give electronic information access to many individuals. A few trusted people may be okay, but only after background tests and other security protocols. Security breaches can happen in any institution if the right person really wants to do the work. It is important that few people know passcodes and such to prevent it getting around the company. The more people who know a passcode, the more suspects. System implementation deals with execution. Computers are programmed to do every task you assign them, but humans don’t work quite as well. Teaching individuals new tasks and jobs are hard. It’s very easy to just program a computer to do what you need. Having actual employees requires training, certification, background checks, and lots of practice. You want to make sure they are able to do their job accurately and efficiently. Data inaccuracies covers all of a company’s data. It wants to ensure that all of the data provided by the company is correct and has not been tampered with. Many people have harmful intentions and could get a job just to change information within a company. It is important to thoroughly search for good applicants and to train them well. It is also a good idea to not give out passwords, keys and other security-based tasks to every single employee. Keep it within the computers.
