On March 4, 2024, France votes on abortion rights in favor of abortion. Overwhelmingly, most of the French lawmakers voted to guarantee abortion as a right. The topic of abortion became a big topic for discussion in Europe after the United States overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022. 

France will host the 2024 Olympic Games during the summer between July 26 and August 11. Many volleyball and blind football games will be held right next to the Eiffel Tower. Some of the Olympic Sports to take place include basketball, soccer, swimming, beach volleyball, and diving.
