  1. Why is it important to study a world language?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It’s important to study a world language because it gives valuable skills that will be needed throughout life. It also raises an individuals awareness of the world around them and gives a wider perspective on the world. It’s so easy to have a one sided view of everything, everyone has a bias to their perspective, and I’m not saying to disregard this, but it is important to understand others’.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Why are you studying French?<\/p>\n

    Believe it or not, the main reason I’m studying French is because I randomly chose it over other options. I almost chose Russian, but my mom said that it would be too hard, which I eventually agreed. Whenever I think of a language I envision the physical setting, when I think of French, I think of Paris which sounded cooler than any other language. I’d say I’ve found a very interesting language, French is spread all across the world from Quebec to France to even Morocco, so I get a wide range of perspectives.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
