1. Describe four ethical issues that arise when storing electronic information about individuals.

Four ethical issues that arise when storing electronic information about individuals I believe could be security, privacy, accuracy and access. Privacy sticks out first in my head that is most important dilemma about individuals. A lot of sensitive information is online to include medical records, financial information and identifiable information that can represent the user. Security would be next by keeping electronic data this can leave it open to security lapses. Personal data theft or illegal access to sensitive data are potential outcomes of cyberattacks, data breaches, and hacking incidents. Being accuracte while storing data, can present another dilemma. Inaccuracies and or Errors can that affect personal data can have serious repercussions. This can result in denial or benefits identify theft and varies different legal actions. Access as well because electronic data may be accessed from anywhere in the world, ethical questions about who should have access to this information should be raised.

2. Compare cybersecurity risks in the U.S. and another country.

In my research, according to MIT Technology Review United States comes in at #4 in secure cybersecurity with Australia coming in at #1 and Indonesia coming in at #20. In comparison to Australia with the four categories being Critical infrastructure, Cybersecurity resources, Organizational capacity, and Policy commitent Australia wins 3 out of 4 categories with the U.S. winning the Cybersecurity resourses tier. Which to me is a great thing if you are looking towards the future and where the U.S. could potentially be.
