Cancer is represented by the trolley; it is a disease in which abnormal mutated cells divide uncontrollably and destroy the body of an organism. A malignant tumor is a form of cancer that continuously spreads to different parts of the body through cells. Apoptosis may take place in a cell which is the normal process of organized cell death. It starts with nuclear fragmentation, then formation of apoptotic membrane protrusions, and finally cell fragmentation. Caspases are activated in response to apoptosis but can be mutated by cancer, stopping apoptosis. In this meme the initiator caspase has two options, having P53 induced cellular apoptosis and destroy the cancer, in turn destroying the cell or not inducing apoptosis and having the cancer mutate and destroy more cells. Either way the initiator caspases will cause cell death by destroying a cell or causing more cells to be destroyed.
