Just as a bank stores its high values items and money in a safe or volt with combination locks that only a few authorized people have access to, computer security is very similar. Not everyone has the right to access resources stored on a company’s network, and those with access have been vetted. For an extra layer of assurance, there is physical security who will prevent unauthorized individuals from gaining access to the facility where the computer resources are located.
