Political motives may have broader implications.<br \/>3. Recognition- Seeking recognition in the online world is a huge motive. Cybercriminals may engage in cybercrimes to get their name our there.<br \/>4. Revenge &#8211; The motive of revenge can drive individuals to commit cybercrimes as a form of retaliating.<br \/>5. Entertainment &#8211; This ranks lower because it is not as common for people to commit cybercrimes for fun.<br \/>6. Multiple Reasons &#8211; This ranks lower because it encompasses a broad range of motivations. This is hard to determine if this is a good motive.<br \/>7. Boredom &#8211; While boredom can be a factor, this is considered less significant compared to the other motives on the list.
