Physiological: Technology helps fulfill basic physiological needs by enabling access to food, water, and shelter. For example, ensuring our smartphones are charged and have a data connection. And food delivery apps and online grocery ordering for easy access to food. Plus,
smart home devices to control temperature, lighting, etc. for comfort.

Safety needs: Technology provides tools for physical safety and security. Home security systems and cameras controlled via smartphone and online banking and financial management tools for financial security

Belongingness and love needs: Social media platforms and messaging apps like Whatsapp, Instagram, etc. fulfill our need for connection and community.

Esteem needs: Gaining followers, likes, or positive comments on social media can boost self-esteem and recognition. Additionally, we can keep learning new skills through online courses.

Self-actualization: Technology enables personal growth through online learning platforms like Udemy, and Khan Academy and productivity tools like Visual Studio for coding, Excel for accounting, etc. that help us reach our full potential.
