This semester taught me the importance of engaging with people of other cultures. While I feel like I learned a lot about the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries, I feel like there is so much more to learn. Being able to communicate with people who speak a different language is very important because it helps to gain more knowledge about customs and traditions.
