This summer, I had the privilege to extern at Cognizant as a Generative AI extern, where I gained hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and advanced my technical expertise. During the externship, I contributed to projects involving the use of pre-trained image classifiers and applied lightweight fine-tuning to foundation models. These tasks allowed me to enhance my proficiency in Python, data manipulation, and Generative AI frameworks.

To provide further insight into my experience, I have included three reflection papers and a final report below. These documents outline the projects I worked on, the challenges I tackled, and the knowledge and skills I developed, including a deeper understanding of AI model optimization and practical problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
