Throughout the Spring 2019 semester, I have been working closely with ForKids and their housing program. During the Program Development course, I have learned all aspects of program evaluation as well as Human Services professional skills and techniques. Program evaluation is a process and requires a plan of action as to how the program evaluation is conducted thoroughly to gain all the necessary essential information to benefit the stakeholders, clients, the evaluator, and the program as a whole. Professor Simmons has challenged me as a student and Human Service professional to improve the skill-sets necessary for the field.
