The purpose of this portfolio is to display what I’ve learned over the course of a semester. I will also display the purpose of my evaluation and its findings. The agency I evaluated was Total Action for Progress (TAP) located in Roanoke, VA. TAP not only serves the Roanoke area but also 11 surrounding areas. TAP has multiple programs that vary from adult programs to a Pre-K program. I just recently completed my evaluation with the Head Start program. This program is aimed to assist low-income families. Most of the consumers are single parents who have multiple children.
