With technology always evolving and changing, states are slowly losing the ability to be able to monitor the way that the organizations and individuals decide to use the technology that have available. There needs to be regulations and laws that prevent people from being able to use something like AI to be used in the wrong way, there also needs to be regulations for the way that privacy is secured and what these organizations can do with peoples information. A lot of these companies find roundabout ways to do sketchy stuff with technology nowadays because of a lot current regulations and laws haven’t been update or reviewed to keep up with technology. With the way that a lot of rules and laws that are being done about technology nowadays, its getting very concerning with privacy issues.
