As a CISO I would set up a strategy to communicate easier and faster across the organization to maintain security protections of assets in different departments and to be able to communicate and contain any threats that will pose a threat to the organization and its systems. Being able to implement a strategy that will allow me to maintain a watch over the organizations and the different departments to help me find out where the threat has originated from, so that I can figure out what has been exposed and what type of security changes that need to be made. A strategy would also make it easier to communicate to the respective department like a response team if a threat happens and to maintain security protections, it will also allow for better communication to CEO’s and CIO’s of current reports of the security and if any thing needs to be done to better protect systems.
