Shark was probably the weirdest food I have ever eaten. It is such an odd choice of food compared to other seafood and eating it for the first time was interesting. It has a chewy texture that’s tough, it is vest compared to chicken meat. It has a fish taste still to it but closer too something like grouper. Shark tasted very good, in my opinion. I enjoyed it, but it is not my favorite seafood, just the weirdest seafood I have had.
