Shark was probably the\nweirdest food I have ever eaten. It is such an odd choice of food compared to\nother seafood and eating it for the first time was interesting. It has a chewy\ntexture that\u2019s tough, it is vest compared to chicken meat. It has a fish taste\nstill to it but closer too something like grouper. Shark tasted very good, in\nmy opinion.
