Greetings everyone, I am very saddened and fully hold myself accountable for all the recent occurrences related to E.coli. Our community at Chipotle has been afflicted by multiple foodborne illness outbreaks, specifically E.coli. As an organization, we take on the responsibility of ensuring the best service and avoiding food risk. It is very disheartening that our family has become sick and disadvantaged because of this. To begin, I want to express how genuinely sorry to those who have been negatively impacted by the breakout. Your safety and wellness are very important to us, and it is our mission to do whatever it takes to fix this for good. 

We have been investing ever since the problem arose and have been trying our best to figure out the root of the problem. We have started working with health professionals to guarantee the safety of our food. We acknowledge that it will take a while for our customers to gain faith in us again. We will continue to improve and work hard to prove our attentiveness and loyalty towards this situation. In the future, these occurrences will be prevented after we combat the issue completely. 

For the individuals affected, you are not alone and we would love to give you the support you need. As a family, we will get past this obstacle together and thank you for all of your encouraging feedback and patience throughout this whole situation.
