He was a postdoctoral associate at Maryland Robotics Center of Institute for System Research (ISR) of University of Maryland from 2021-2023. He received the M.S. degree in ocean engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2014 and the B.S. degree in marine engineering from Ningbo University, Ningbo, China, in 2012.<br>From 2014 to 2016, he was a research assistant at Institute of Underwater Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research Interests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cong Wei\u2019s research interests include control algorithm design for multi-agent system, nonlinear system, robotic navigation, adaptive sampling using autonomous system and large-scale monitoring using autonomous systems.
