I have not won many awards in my life. However, that being said one of the areas I wish to be recognized for in the future would be the way I would try my to make fellow employee’s lives easier and promote things that are for their well being as I’m a big believer in the theory that if you treat your workers well, they’ll return the favor and not only produce better work, but be more loyal.
