My biggest award was definitely my MOVSM award, while I was in the Navy. Some friends and I participated in the “Adopt-A-Highway” clean up every Saturday for a few hours to make the streets of Hawaii a little bit cleaner. The reason this award means so much is because just to obtain the MOVSM, you must meet 300-man hours of volunteering.

I showed dedication to something bigger than myself, and I know I can bring that same dedication to a company that takes a chance on me.
