So based on the seven individual motives listed: Entertainment, Political, Revenge, Boredom, Recognition, For Money, and for Multiple Reasons; I think that for Multiple Reasons would be the one that makes the most sense, as there is usually multiple underlying reasons for why someone commits crime, it’s not generally just a simple single reason. I would put For Money as the second makes the most sense as many cybercriminals are out there to make money off of the whole process. I would put Political, Recognition, Revenge, Boredom in that order, not for any specific reason but simply because that’s just how I feel it is. I would put Entertainment as last, simply because it feels like it is too closely tied with Boredom and while a hacker might be doing it for entertainment, I feel like they would other reasons as well at the same time.
