Timeline

• On January 25, 2019 I sought permission from my agency, The Salvation Army of Winchester, VA to use their Center of Hope Shelter program for my evaluation. Tracy Hines, the volunteer coordinator approved my request.
• On February 27, 2019 I met with Tracy for an initial interview and to explain further what I would need to complete my evaluation.
• On March 21, 2019 I scheduled another appointment for March 27 with Tracy to conduct my evaluation.
• On March 27, 2019 I will conduct all my interviews for my evaluation with residents, Tracy, the center director, and volunteers. I will also ask to review some existing records during this visit. This should take approximately two hours.
