I agree that information can change how power is distributed and in a war situation information allows for proper strategies to be made. The article also talks about how the field of cyber security is shifting more to humans than technical focus. Cyber security is being focused on the interaction between people and the internet. I agree that cybersecurity should not be completely focused on technology but human interaction in order to better understand why and how people do the things they do.
