I do consider myself to be a self starter, when I have my mind set on a specific goal or idea I do whatever it takes to accomplish just that. From a young age I was always taught to never give up and I think that really helped me stay decimated as an adult. Personally I believe that I get along with many different personalities and adjust well to people operating and maneuvering in their own unique ways. Decision making is apart of the strenuous process of being an innovator. Every step of the way there are decisions to be made and contribute to the overall process. Organization skills and efficient planning helps me to stay focused on the main goal execution plan.
