Sometimes it can be hard to incorporate self-care into our schedules. It is important to intentionally put it in our schedule. A visual reminder of things that you can do can help remind you to put that self-care into your schedule.

Below are some examples of what self-care can be.
- Spa activities
- Go to the dollar store and get eye masks, face masks, facial scrubs, hair masks, and any other spa material for cheap.
- Cook
- Watch movies
- Play video games
- Make sure to get enough sleep in. This may mean setting a bed-time that you must stop working
- Meditation
- Work out
- Set boundaries with others. It is okay to say no
- Spend time on your make-up
